A: We have been in business since 2015 and have a team of experienced professionals who have over 50 years of industry expertise under their belts, all of whom are committed to delivering quality workmanship on every project.

Q: What is your square meter cost for building?
A: The answer to this depends on various variables. You might have head of figures 'in the market' or from your friends and family but ultimately
the cost will reflect on several factors including:

Your location of build in New Zealand, is it rural or remote?

The elevation of your section, is it flat, sloped or a combination?

The size of your home, is it multi level?

The materials and finishes you decide to go with for your home.

Q: How long does a home build take?
A: Generally you are looking at between 7 to 8 months from start to finish. This includes the designing stage and all relevant applications to your local council. The build time on site once we have stamped plans is usually between 5 to 6 months. It is also important to note that this can change depending on the size and complexity of your home as well as tangibles that we have no control over. Things like material shortages, weather conditions etc.

A: What type of home can you dream of? We can cater to all designs from big to small. Most of the homes we build are custom designed by our clients for their individual needs.

Q: Do you offer design services?
A: We sure do, we pride ourselves on offering a turn-key model for commercial projects where we can cater to designing as well as the construction of your project.

Q: Can Hartage work in malls in New Zealand?
A: We are proud to hold accreditations from all major malls in New Zealand, having previously worked in malls owned by Kiwi Property, Scentre Group (Westfield) and Todd Property.

Q: Do you have experience in working with food retail projects?
A: We have worked with numerous industries for commercial projects from office fitouts to clothing retail fitouts to supermarket fitouts but our bread and butter are food retail fitouts.

Q: Can you work out of Auckland?
A: We can cater to any project nationwide. All the prep work is done at our factory in Ormiston, Auckland and then shipped nationwide for an install by our team.
